A Booknetic license is used to activate an official Booknetic product, receive eligible updates, use the add-ons included in your plan, and access technical customer support during your support period.

Choose the right Booknetic product
Booknetic has two main product options.
Booknetic
Choose the Booknetic WordPress Plugin if you want to add appointment booking to your own WordPress website.
This option is designed for businesses such as salons, clinics, consultants, agencies, repair centers, photographers, tutors, wellness providers, and other teams that want customers to book services directly from their own website.
Booknetic SaaS
Choose Booknetic SaaS if you want to build a multi-vendor booking platform where other businesses or tenants can register, manage their own services, and accept bookings through their own booking panels.
Booknetic SaaS is a separate product for building a multi-vendor booking platform. It is not the same as using the regular Booknetic plugin on one business website.

Booknetic Plans
The Booknetic WordPress Plugin is available in plan levels such as Basic, Standard, Premium, and Elite.
Your selected plan determines:
- How many domains or websites you can activate
- Whether staging usage is included
- Which add-ons are included
- The included technical customer support period
- Whether your license is an annual subscription or a one-time plan

Official purchase channels
Booknetic licenses should be purchased only through official channels:

Booknetic add-ons are available through Boostore.
If you are not sure whether a purchase source is official, contact support before buying. This helps protect your website, license, updates, and support access.
License activation
After purchase, you receive a license key or purchase code. To activate Booknetic on your WordPress website:
- Download the official Booknetic/Booknetic SaaS plugin ZIP from your purchase source or customer account.
- In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Upload and activate the plugin.
- Open Booknetic in your WordPress dashboard.
- Enter your license key or purchase code, email address, and the requested activation details.
- If this is a staging or test website and your plan supports staging, use the staging license during activation.
Please share license keys, purchase codes, or order IDs only through private support channels. Do not post them in public Discord, public forums, screenshots, or community threads.
Domains, staging sites, and domain changes
Booknetic licenses are domain-bound. This means your license is connected to the domain where it is activated.
Depending on your plan, your license may include one domain, multiple domains, unlimited domains, and/or staging usage. Please check your plan details on the pricing page or in your customer account.
Staging websites
If your plan supports staging, your live website and staging website can be active at the same time.
During activation, use your staging license when available.
Moving a license to a new domain
If you are moving your website, changing your domain, or replacing an old site, release the old domain before activating the license on the new domain.

After the old domain is released, activate the same license on your new WordPress website.
Domain changes may be subject to fair-use and anti-abuse controls.
If you cannot access the old website
If your old website is offline or you no longer have WordPress admin access:
- Go tohttps://my.fs-code.com/licenses
- Open the relevant Booknetic license.
- Release or remove the old domain.
- Activate the license on your new website.
If the release option is not visible or does not work for your account, contact support privately with your account email, purchase source, old domain, and new domain.
Updates, support, and renewals
Updates and support are related, but they are not the same thing.
Updates
Updates keep your Booknetic installation current with product improvements, compatibility changes, and fixes.
- Annual subscription plans receive updates while the subscription is active.
- One-time plans provide lifetime updates according to the selected tier.
- Elite one-time includes unlimited domains and all add-ons.
If an annual subscription ends, your installed Booknetic plugin can continue working with the version you already have, but updates and new add-on downloads/access stop unless the subscription is renewed.
Installed add-ons can continue working after subscription expiration, but new downloads, updates, and support access depend on your active plan or renewal status.
Technical customer support
Technical customer support is included for the support period shown in your plan.
Current support periods are:
- Basic and Standard: 6 months technical customer support
- Premium and Elite: 12 months technical customer support
Support can be renewed from the customer account where eligible.

Add-ons and Boostore
Booknetic can be extended with official add-ons. Some plans include selected add-ons, while additional add-ons can be purchased separately through Boostore.
Boostore is the official Booknetic add-on marketplace. Purchased add-ons are available in Boostore → My Purchases, where you can install and manage them.
Important notes:
- Included add-ons depend on your selected plan.
- Add-on counts and included add-ons are shown on the pricing page.
- Add-ons may receive updates separately from the core Booknetic plugin.
- Add-on support depends on your active support eligibility.

If you previously used an unauthorized or modified copy and want to move to an official license, contact support privately if you experience activation or setup issues.
