How does Zoom work with Booknetic Appointment Booking System?
When the booking is made, the Zoom meeting is automatically scheduled with the API and thus, you can send the URL of the meeting to the client, staff, admin via the Workflow module. This eliminates the need for manual operation and automates the entire process. Joining Zoom meetings is very easy. In addition to accepting the Zoom meeting link via the notifications, both customers and staff members will be able to attend the relevant Zoom meeting from their own panels. The "Start Meeting" button can be found on the Staff admin panel,
as well as on the Front-end Customer panel.
It is possible to assign different Zoom accounts for each of your staff members. When you look at the Zoom dashboard, the meetings of each staff will be distinguished. Besides that, you can add each of your staff members as a User in Zoom, and you can connect the added Users to certain staff profiles via Booknetic.
Also, we would like to point out that, our Zoom integration is fully synchronized with Booknetic. In other words, when the appointment is rescheduled via Booknetic, this meeting is automatically rescheduled on Zoom. At the same time, when the appointment is deleted from Booknetic, this meeting is automatically deleted on Zoom as well.
