Introducing Booknetic Loyalty Points Add-on

We are proud to introduce loyalty points add-on to Booknetic.

Thanks to this, you will be able to create loyalty programs, define customer tiers, provide discounts based on those tiers and allocate virtual currency to provide a different kind of discount.

In this post we will discuss all of the functionalities and provide a general overview of how they are going to work.

Earning rules

Here, you will be able to define how users are going to earn points, and how much they are going to earn.

The earning points will be rule-based, so different kinds of services or a percentage of sales can be transformed into points.

You will be able to decide when these rules apply and when they will be disabled.

Tier rules

In this section, you will be able to create different categories of customers based on the points they have collected.

You will be able to create special discounts, or other kinds of benefits to customers who have special tiers.

This allows businesses to create a sense of loyalty and reward it, without needing a manual approach.

Customer points

Here it will be a section similar to the customers tab in the core version of Booknetic where you will be able to see customers, how many points they have earned and their tiers.

Admins will be able to adjust their points manually, adding or extracting points when necessary.

It gives admin staff control over how many points customers have and change it when it is needed.

Reports

This section will be similar to staff commissions UI-wise. Here you will be able to apply filters and see various widgets to get an overview of how customers interact with the loyalty points.

One interesting thing you will be able to see is the redemption rate, which will show how much of the points that customers generated has been used over time.

For example, if customers had earned 100 but spent 20, the redemption rate would be 20%.
