Introducing Booknetic v5 - Next generation of Appointment Booking

The next generation of Booknetic is here.

With Booknetic v5, a lot of change is happening. And we are proud to introduce them.

Here are some additions and changes in Booknetic v5:

Mobile app

With the launch of the mobile app, your users will no longer need to use a computer, or the web version of Booknetic anymore. Most important stuff, like managing appointments, creating and giving access to users, as well as push notifications and tap-to-pay payment solutions are available.

With this addition, Booknetic will allow you to handle your business on the go.

Customer categories

Categories are a game-changer when you intend to automate via workflows and simplify your work. And now you can create customer categories and interact with them using Booknetic. On top of that, it is fully integrated to our workflow setup, so you can send automated messages and emails directly to that customer group.

This is especially helpful if you have a VIP segment and want to automate engagement with them.

Customer fields

User fields help you gather information during the booking process, so you can set requirements for certain questions and make it mandatory to upload certain documents. Customer fields on the other hand allows you to add as many data points to your customers as you want.

This is especially helpful if you require different kinds of data about a customer (such as a healthcare clinic or a law firm) and want to store them all in a structured way.

White-labeling

Up until now, you had the option to change the entire front-end experience of Booknetic’s booking panel. However, some parts of the backend panel had Booknetic branding. With Booknetic v5, we allow our customers to change not only logos and images, but also login and documentation links.

This is especially useful to ecosystem developers who want every part of the experience to reflect their own brand, also to agencies developing custom WordPress websites to clients.

Netopia payment gateway

We have always been dedicated to increasing our support for native payment gateways to provide freedom and choice to our customers. We already supported the most popular payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal, but we have increased our support for different gateways step-by-step.

Right now, Booknetic supports many payment solutions, including but not limited to:

Now, Romanian payment processor Netopia is the latest addition to this collection. With this update, our customers operating in Romania will have an easier way of collecting payments from their customers with lower costs.

Additionally, loyalty points add-on is in the testing phase and we plan to roll out in the v5.1 update.
