What customers can do in the panel
- See the whole history. Past, current and upcoming appointments in one table: service, staff, date and time in the customer's timezone, price, duration and status.
- Reschedule within your rules. Customers pick a new date and time from the real availability, but only for the statuses you allow and only until the time restriction you set, from 1 minute to 23 days before the start.
- Cancel or change status. Allow a cancel or another status change from the panel, and the slot reopens for someone else at once.
- Pay an open balance. A Pay now button settles a deposit remainder or an unpaid booking through your online gateways, unless you hide it.
- Join online sessions. Appointments on Zoom or Google Meet show a Join button, so the link is never lost in an inbox.
- Use packages. With the Packages add-on, customers see how many sessions are left and book the next one without going through checkout again.
- Rate the visit. With Ratings and Reviews enabled, completed appointments get a Rate button.
- Keep the profile current. Name, email, phone, birthday, gender, avatar and password, and, if you allow it, delete the account.
How it works
- Create a WordPress page and place the panel on it: the [booknetic-cp] shortcode, or the Customer Panel block, widget or module in Gutenberg, Elementor or Divi. Separate [booknetic-signin] and [booknetic-signup] shortcodes let you design your own login and registration pages.
- Go to Settings > Front-end Panels, enable the Customer Panel and select that page.
- Set the rules: the time restriction for changes, which statuses customers may set, whether they may reschedule, whether Pay now is shown, and whether a WordPress user is created automatically on first booking.
- Send login details with a workflow: "When a new customer is created" can email or text the credentials, and the Forgot password flow is covered too.
Customers who are not logged in are sent to the login page first. The customer panel documentation lists every setting.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Customer Panel a client portal for WordPress?
Yes. It is a front-end page on your WordPress site where customers log in to see, reschedule, cancel and pay for their appointments and manage their profile. It is an add-on to the Booknetic booking plugin.
Can customers reschedule on their own?
Yes, if you allow it. You choose which appointment statuses may be rescheduled and how close to the start time changes are still accepted.
Do customers need a WordPress account?
Yes, the panel uses WordPress login. Booknetic can create the user automatically on the first booking and send the credentials by email or SMS through a workflow.
Can I hide the Pay now button?
Yes. There is a setting to hide it if you collect payments elsewhere.
Does it work with Elementor and Divi?
Yes. Besides the [booknetic-cp] shortcode there is a Gutenberg block, an Elementor widget and a Divi module.
Which plans include the Customer Panel?
