Choose the plan that fits the size of your tenant base and upgrade or downgrade anytime as you grow. We also offer a one-time Lifetime plan if you prefer a single purchase with no recurring fees.
No. There are no setup fees, no per-tenant charges, and no surprise costs — what you see on the pricing page is what you pay. Your subscription covers everything listed in your plan, and you can onboard tenants up to your plan's limits without paying anything extra. If your business grows beyond what your plan includes — for example, more add-ons or additional seats in our mobile app — those are available as optional purchases and always clearly listed upfront. You stay in full control of what you pay for.
All prices on the SaaS pricing page are listed in USD and exclude VAT. Depending on your country, tax may be added at checkout based on local regulations and will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure checkout. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year, and you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account at my.fs-code.com.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — you'll only pay the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period, and the new tenant limits and add-ons take effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change applies at the start of your next billing cycle. Existing tenants beyond the new plan's limit remain accessible, but you won't be able to add more until you're back within the limit.
It depends on your plan. Starter supports up to 5 tenants, Standard up to 10 tenants, and both Ultimate and Infinity offer unlimited tenants. The Lifetime plan also includes unlimited tenants from the Ultimate tier upward. If you're close to your limit, simply upgrade to a higher plan — your platform and existing tenants stay exactly as they are.
Each Booknetic SaaS license is intended for a single platform — meaning one WordPress installation that serves as your SaaS. Your tenants don't need separate licenses; they all operate under your single SaaS installation, each with their own isolated booking environment, staff, services, and settings. Alongside your main license, you also receive a separate staging license that lets you activate Booknetic on a staging or development environment — ideal for testing updates and configurations before applying them to your live platform. If you need to move your installation to a different domain, you can do so anytime from my.fs-code.com.
It depends on your plan. Starter includes no add-ons, Standard comes with 6, Ultimate includes 16, and Infinity gives you access to all 50+ add-ons. On lower plans, add-ons are available as separate purchases — you only pay for what you actually need. Check the plan comparison table above to see exactly what's included in each tier.
Yes. Log in to my.fs-code.com, remove the old domain from your license, and activate it on your new SaaS installation. Your subscription, plan, and tenants stay the same — only the domain changes.
Subscription plans are billed annually and include updates, support, and add-ons as long as your subscription is active — perfect if you want flexibility or are just starting out. If your subscription expires, the plugin stops working until you renew.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that includes all future updates within your major version. For example, if you buy at version 3.2.1, you'll keep receiving every patch, minor release, and new feature until the next major version (4.0.0) is released. It comes with the same tenant limits and add-on access as the corresponding subscription tier, plus 12 months of support that can be renewed afterwards.
Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period — your tenants keep using the platform without any interruption. Once that period ends, the Booknetic SaaS plugin stops working, and you'll lose access to your platform until you resubscribe. Your data stays safely stored on your own server, so renewing your subscription restores everything exactly as it was.
