Multi-Language Tenant Interface

Multi-Language Tenant Interface

Booknetic SaaS is built for global scalability. With the Multi-Language Tenant Interface, every tenant can run their system in the language that best suits their business and customers. From the admin dashboard to the booking panel and automated notifications, everything adapts to the tenant’s default language — and can even be fine-tuned with custom translations.

This ensures a fully localized and customizable experience, no matter where your tenants operate.

How It Works

1. Tenant Sets a Default Language

  • In the tenant dashboard → Settings, tenants select their default language.

  • The selected language applies system-wide to:

    • Admin Dashboard – All menus, settings, and navigation.

    • Booking Panel – The entire customer-facing booking form.

    • Notifications – Emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and Telegram messages sent through workflows.

2. Customizable with Labels Module (Visual Translator)

  • Each tenant has access to the Labels Module, a built-in visual translator.

  • Tenants can edit or translate any text string in the booking form.

  • This makes it easy to adapt wording for tone, brand style, or specific industry language (e.g., “Instructor” → “Trainer”).

3. Independent Language Files per Tenant

  • Booknetic SaaS creates separate .po and .mo translation files for each tenant.

  • This guarantees isolation: one tenant’s translation changes never affect another tenant.

  • Tenants can maintain their own custom wording in their preferred language without conflicts.

4. Change Anytime

  • Tenants can switch their default language or update translations at any time.

  • The changes apply instantly across their booking environment.

What Customers Experience

  • They see the booking form, confirmations, and notifications in the language chosen and customized by the tenant.

  • This ensures consistency: staff, admins, and customers all operate in the same localized interface.

Benefits

  • Localized Experience – Tenants can operate their businesses in the language most familiar to their staff and clients.

  • Full Control – With the Labels Module, tenants fine-tune every word of their booking panel.

  • Isolated Customization – Each tenant’s .po/.mo files keep translations independent and conflict-free.

  • Global Readiness – Expand your SaaS to any market without worrying about language barriers.

  • Consistent Branding – Tenants can adjust text not only for translation but also for brand tone and style.

Example Use Cases

  • A clinic in Paris sets French as default and customizes form labels with the Labels Module to reflect medical terminology.

  • A yoga studio in Berlin sets English as default but edits “Staff” to “Instructors” across the booking form.

  • A salon franchise operating in Italy translates the form into Italian while keeping brand-specific terminology (e.g., “Stylist” instead of “Staff”).
