Booknetic SaaS gives every tenant an embeddable iFrame booking widget: one snippet that puts their booking form on any website, with no plugin to install on that site. The form lives on your SaaS domain, so services, staff, payments and notifications stay in one place.
Tenants copy the embed code from their Share page, paste it into WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace or plain HTML, and bookings arrive like any other.

What the iFrame widget does
- Booking on the tenant's own site. Visitors pick a service, a time and pay without leaving the page. No redirect, no extra tab.
- Tenant branding carried over. The embedded form uses the tenant's theme, logo, language and labels, because it is the tenant's real booking panel.
- Everything still applies. Capacity, staff schedules, deposits, coupons, payment gateways, workflows and reminders behave exactly as on the hosted booking page.
- Pre-selected booking flows. Append parameters to the URL, for example ?staff=2&service=5, and the form opens with those steps done. Ideal for a campaign page for one trainer or one treatment.
- Share page with everything. Next to the embed code the tenant finds the plain link, an email share and a QR code for print.
- No lock-in for tenants. A tenant on WordPress, on Webflow or on a hand-coded site gets the same widget, and switching site builders does not touch the bookings.
How it works
- Each tenant gets a unique booking URL when the account is created, by self-registration or by the super admin.
- The tenant opens Share your page in their panel and copies the iFrame embed code.
- They paste the code into a page on their site. The booking panel loads inside the frame; availability, data and payments stay in Booknetic SaaS.
- To preselect steps, they add staff, service or location parameters to the src attribute.

></iframe>Plan for height and HTTPS. The booking panel grows with its steps, so give the frame a generous min-height, typically 900 to 1400 pixels, to avoid a scrollbar inside a scrollbar. Both the tenant site and the SaaS domain must be served over HTTPS, or browsers block the frame.

Is the iFrame booking widget available in the WordPress plugin?
It is a Booknetic SaaS feature for tenants. In the regular plugin the form is placed with the shortcode, the Gutenberg block, the Elementor widget or the Divi module on the same site.
Does the client site need a plugin?
No. The embed is a plain iFrame that works in any website builder or HTML page. Only HTTPS is required.
Can the widget open with a service or staff member preselected?
Yes. Add parameters to the URL in the src attribute, for example ?staff=2&service=5&location=1, and those steps are skipped.
Do payments work inside the iFrame?
Yes. The tenant's configured gateways run inside the frame; the allow="payment *" attribute in the snippet keeps browser payment APIs working.
How does the tenant change the look of the widget?
In their Booknetic SaaS panel: theme, logo, labels and language. The embed shows whatever the tenant's booking panel shows.
Why does the widget show a scrollbar?
The frame is too short for the booking steps. Increase min-height in the embed code; 900 to 1400 pixels covers most flows.
