How the feature works
Tenants and other referrers get a unique affiliate link they can share on websites, social media, emails, or campaigns.
New customers who sign up for your SaaS via those links are tracked and tied to the referring affiliate.
Commissions are calculated automatically based on the rules you define for monthly and annual plans or per registration.
Commission and payout options
You can set different earnings for monthly vs annual subscriptions, allowing more attractive payouts for long‑term customers.
A fixed amount per each new registration can also be configured instead of, or in addition to, percentage-based commissions.
The system calculates which referrers earned commission based on the new tenants they brought in and the rules you defined (monthly vs annual, fixed per registration, etc.).
The module does not send money or trigger automatic withdrawals; it only provides reports and totals so you know how much each referrer should receive.
Manual, local payments
SaaS admins must pay referrers themselves, for example, via bank transfer, PayPal, cash, or any other preferred local method outside of Booknetic SaaS.
After paying, the admin can use the reporting and transaction views to track which commissions have been settled, but the payment execution is entirely offline from the plugin’s perspective.

Each referrer has a dedicated dashboard where they monitor signups, transactions, and performance tied to their affiliate code.
Weekly, monthly, and annual reports are available so affiliates can see which channels and campaigns work best.
